thanks for the good comments on the car. to answer the question yes i do drive it regularly. i have a run around car but it goes out every weekend cruising and so forth, probably done 2000 kays since christmas. me and my dad originally put the efi on it. it is just a matter of changing the heads, cam, inlet and exhaust manifolds, dizzy, put the alternator on the other side of the motor, run a return fuel line which i used the canistor one and ran a rubber one for the canister, and put a electric fuel pump in it and block of the old one. you have to match the exhuast up too. all in all it took us a weekend to do and drop it off at the exhuast shop on monday. the wiring was easy as i bought it all second hand off a wrecked VB and it all just plugged in, it had a microtech computer. i have now gone back too the standard computer as it is more drivable over the microtech but the microtech makes more power. i got a custom harness made by chris slees in melbourne for the new computer which puts all the crap up under the dash and makes for a clean engine bay. alot harder than the microtech but it is worth it. yes the airfilter could be in a better spot but that was a quick knock up for the summernats. the filter was to big to just sit on the throttle body and i found that pipe lying around. the factory air box is just too big to fit where it is supposed to go. the interior was trimmed by my next door neighbour who does lounges for a living and the occasional car at home. i fit it all up myself and had the dash console and roof lining by proffensionals.the speaker pods were just a matter of screwing them on and putting the speaker holes in the door trim and factory speakers fit good were aftermarket ones dont. any more questions or anything you want to know i will be glad to answer. Damien
